ABA - Annual General Meeting - November 30th, 2017

Good morning Annette Baseball Players and Parents:
It is dark, raining and 5 degrees as I write this e-mail and all I can think about is baseball! On behalf of the Board of Directors, I invite you to join us at our Annual General Meeting on Thursday, November 30 from 7-9. We will be in the Rousseau Room of the Swansea Town Hall Community Centre at 95 Lavinia Avenue.Â
By most measures, 2017 was a very successful year for Annette Baseball. Our Select program had a historic year with three teams winning League championships and two of those teams going on to win PROVINCIAL championships! Annette went full Major League in July with the Bret Saberhagen and Willie Wilson camp. Our House League participation is higher than ever and large investments were made to upgrade equipment in all divisions. We've also made greater investments in developing our coaches and the sponsorship program and website have been fully revamped. We are proud of these accomplishments but we know there is still work to be done. We need your ideas and your skills, enthusiasm, and volunteer spirit to make Annette the best youth sports organization in the city. Please join us and let's make 2018 another Field of Dreams for our kids.
